1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest appropriate products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
6. Communicate inventory issues to management and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss, and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

2. Product knowledge in beauty and cosmetics.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
