1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers with enthusiasm and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
3. Share product knowledge and perform makeovers as required.
4. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
6. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures and stay informed about in-store events and promotions.
7. Engage in programs to minimize shrinkage and loss.
8. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
