1. Welcome clients and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered, heard, and well-advised.
2. Provide personalized consultations tailored to each customer's needs.
3. Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily operations.
4. Actively contribute to achieving store goals (budget and targets) by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans set by management.
5. Organize and manage inventory and deliveries.
6. Foster a strong team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and creating a positive work environment.

1. Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. Understanding of key retail KPIs.
3. Empathy and dynamism.
4. Results-oriented mindset.
5. Teamwork predisposition.
