1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and courtesy, determining their needs and suggesting appropriate products.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
