1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and perform makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be knowledgeable about special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
8. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexible work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.
