1. Provide exceptional customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer knowledgeable service.
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Conduct makeovers as required.
5. Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
8. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
9. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
10. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
