1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products, delivering product knowledge effectively.
3. Perform makeovers for clients as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively seek additional product knowledge.
5. Assist in cross-training other Beauty Advisors.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
8. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
9. Contribute to programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
10. Be proficient in cashier functions as designated.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
