Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients entering the store with enthusiasm and determine their needs.
- Suggest products to meet client needs and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Conduct makeovers for clients as required.
- Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members.
- Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Be informed of special events and animations within the store.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
