1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients entering the store with enthusiasm and determine their needs.
3. Suggest products to meet client needs and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Conduct makeovers for clients as required.
5. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members.
6. Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Be informed of special events and animations within the store.
10. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
11. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
