1. Provide exceptional customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and assist them in identifying products that meet their needs.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and share knowledge with team members.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including sampling and cashier functions.
7. Stay informed about special events and promotions within the store.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels effectively.

3. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
