- Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
- Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
- Knowledge about trending beauty products.
- Passion for client service and selling.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
