1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs.
3. Suggest products and communicate product knowledge to clients.
4. Provide makeovers as required.
5. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members.
6. Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
10. Understand cashier functions.

1. One to three years’ experience in retail or service industry.

3. Flexible work schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
