1. Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance while educating and empowering clients.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and retain clients.
4. Drive sales and meet or exceed store KPIs through consultative selling, clienteling and proactive outreach.
5. Support store presentation by maintaining merchandising standards, inventory organization and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
7. Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Prior experience in a customer-facing role within retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, product trends and helping clients build confidence.
3. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for merchandising and inventory tasks.
6. Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
