1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexible work schedule, including availability on days, nights, and weekends.

2. Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to perform makeovers.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

One to three years of experience in the retail or service industry is required.
