1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients across Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers when required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
