1. Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable products.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Complete brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about in-store events and animations.
8. Assist in programs aimed at reducing inventory loss.
9. Be proficient in cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry required.
