1. Establish strong customer relationships through beauty knowledge sharing and exceptional customer service.
2. Promote the Sephora Beauty Pass loyalty program to enhance customer engagement.
3. Introduce customers to the eCommerce platform to drive conversion and repeat purchases.
4. Meet sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care categories.
5. Assist customers with product testing and perform basic beauty services.
6. Maintain store tidiness and ensure products are well-stocked and in sellable condition.
7. Participate in inventory control to minimize loss and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
8. Operate cashier functions professionally and efficiently.
