1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and maintaining company standards for appearance and uniform.
3. Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and other brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
