1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
2. Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform.
3. Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Conduct cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
