- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting store activities.
- Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.
$21.00 - $25.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
