1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products while effectively communicating product knowledge.
3. Perform makeovers for clients as needed and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
4. Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to management.
5. Engage in brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors to enhance team knowledge.
6. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store and participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.

1. One to three years of experience in the retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
