1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively seek additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
8. Assist in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
