1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous service.
3. Determine clients' needs and suggest suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers as required.
6. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
7. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
11. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
12. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

2. Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
3. Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to communicate it effectively.
