1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to all clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and assist in determining their needs, suggesting suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
