Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through education and hands-on demonstrations to empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and revenue targets.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, stock replenishment and maintain appealing product displays.
- Ensure a clean, organized and welcoming store environment that reflects Sephora merchandising standards.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to create a safe customer experience.
- Maintain flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and educating clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, pursue shared goals and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to meet full-time scheduling requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and valued. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, aesthetics, or related beauty certifications are a plus but not required.
