- Deliver individualized consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain awareness of beauty trends and category innovations to keep client advice current and relevant.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, conversion metrics and other key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and stock replenishment to ensure a pristine, fully stocked presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale transactions and assist with client purchase processes.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and assist teammates during peak periods.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures and brand standards to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Flexibly cover scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as required by store needs.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product education.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative selling approach.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to meet required weekly shift/hours commitments.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties.

Entry-level; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments is preferred and will be valued, though applicants demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty will be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
