1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to clients.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
6. Assist clients with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring a seamless experience.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
2. Demonstrated passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and the ability to respond to situations promptly.
5. Flexible availability, particularly during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
