1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay abreast of the latest beauty trends and new product launches.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store) services, ensuring a seamless experience.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
