1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay abreast of the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service upon order collection.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving client service and beauty consultation.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.

Comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility. Flexibility to work between 0-19 hours per week, with potential for career advancement.
