- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
- Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients picking up orders.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and beauty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare routines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of current beauty trends
Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.
$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
