1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.

3. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
4. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a focus on client service and beauty product knowledge.

$20.85 - $25.54 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors.
