- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines.

- Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement and driving sales.
- Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Passion for client service and the beauty sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Resilience and the ability to respond to situations promptly.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
Prior experience in a retail setting, ideally within the beauty industry, is preferred.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
