1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and assess their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in loss prevention programs.
7. Be informed about special events and store animations.
8. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
