Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet all clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous service.
- Determine clients' needs and suggest suitable products.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
- Perform makeovers for clients as required.
- Complete in-depth brand training for designated team members.
- Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
