- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
- Greet all customers enthusiastically and determine their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers as needed.
- Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training and pursue additional product learning.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
- Adhere to sampling policies and procedures and stay informed about special events and store animations.
- Engage in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
- Understand cashier functions for designated advisors.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
