Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrances.
- Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
- Determine customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
- Share product knowledge with customers as needed.
- Perform makeup applications for customers when required.
- Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training.
- Pursue additional product learning as needed.
- Train other beauty advisors.
- Participate in inventory control.
- Communicate stock issues or concerns to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely.
