1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pickup In-Store) and provide excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within the beauty sector, is required.

$20.85 - $25.54 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
