1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and ascertain their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers when required.
4. Ensure completion of brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in the retail or service industry is required.
