1. Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
