1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring a seamless experience.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior work experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty sector.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and ability to respond to situations promptly.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly within the beauty industry, is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
