1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of brand training for team members and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be knowledgeable about store events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
8. Perform cashier functions as needed.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
