1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
3. Conduct makeovers and product demonstrations as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with store policies, including sampling procedures and loss prevention programs.
7. Cross-train fellow Beauty Advisors and stay informed about special events and store animations.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or the service industry.

3. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
