1. Provide exceptional customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer knowledgeable assistance.
3. Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
5. Complete brand training and pursue ongoing product knowledge.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
8. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
9. Assist in programs to reduce inventory loss.
10. Be proficient in cashier functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

3. Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends.
