1. Provide exemplary customer service in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate detailed product knowledge to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be knowledgeable about store events.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and assist with cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
