1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.

5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive store success.
6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
