1. Provide exceptional customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be knowledgeable about special events and participate in programs to reduce loss.
8. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry.
