1. Provide exceptional customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and assist in identifying their needs.
3. Recommend products and provide product knowledge to clients.
4. Perform makeovers as required.
5. Complete brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
6. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Stay informed about store events and promotions.
10. Assist in programs to reduce loss and shortage.
11. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
