- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.

- Deliver exceptional client service in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Participate in sales and promotional events.
- Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service tasks.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and beauty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and ability to react to situations promptly.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience in retail is preferred.
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
