1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products.
4. Deliver exceptional client service in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service tasks.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations promptly.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
