1. Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to clients.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through clienteling and conversion.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build lasting client relationships.
4. Reliable attendance and availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer-service aptitude is valued.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
