1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
4. Share product knowledge with customers as appropriate.
5. Perform makeup applications for customers when necessary.
6. Ensure team members complete thorough brand training.
7. Actively pursue additional product learning as needed.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
12. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortages and losses.
13. Understand cashier host functions as required.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely.
3. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry required.
