1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending appropriate products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement and driving sales.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service upon order collection.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in a similar retail environment, preferably within the beauty industry.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and adaptability to react promptly to various situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
