- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability for key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong observational skills for identifying customer needs and product trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for beauty and luxury products.
Previous experience in sales or customer service within a retail setting is required.
$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
